Luxurious 20 acre property, offering you ultimate privacy and serenity. Great stay for a romantic escape to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. This estate showcases an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. This home will comfortably accommodate 6 overnight guests. The first floor features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, library, a garden room overlooking the pool area, dining room, and a soaring living room adjacent to a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The 2 story foyer with winding staircase leads upstairs to the over-sized bedroom suites, two of which lead to a covered balcony, which is a perfect place to enjoy reading a book, taking a nap, or drinking your morning coffee while reading the paper. You can also enjoy a game night in the 2nd floor game room with billiards, table tennis, 2 wall mounted TV’s and assorted board games.
During your stay, enjoy a dip in the huge in ground salt water swimming pool. Adjacent to the pool is a pavilion containing a fire pit, stereo sound system, trellis, and a 4 acre pond.
In the interest of their safety, this property is not suitable for young children. Infants and older teens will be considered. NO GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. We only make this home available to a select few each year. Therefore, if you are looking to have a gathering or event of any kind, please do not request to stay at this property. The maximum number of guests during your stay is 6 and they must be pre-approved prior to your arrival.
There’s so much to do here! Bring your boat, enjoy Clarks Hill Lake, ride the FATZ bike trails, or just relax by the pool. Our Property Manager, Lora, will be glad to help plan your stay.
